Breakfast at Holy Belly

One of my favorite places to go when I crave an American breakfast of pancakes and bacon is HolyBelly! I have stood in line for 45 minutes for this place because it is totally worth it.  When you enter this place you cannot help but get food envy of what everyone else is eating ! While I always want to try to something new - I always default to the savory pancakes because their maple syrup and bourbon butter is the best I have ever had!

Another thing I love about this place in particular is their coffee! They are coffee connoisseurs always picking the best roasts - Belleville coffee! I love getting my filter coffee with oat milk and an oat milk cappuccino!  That’s why when in came to kicking off the year, of course our New Year’s day brunch had to be at this place!

Quick tip:

Get there at opening or after the lunch crowd! There is always a line but I find it moves pretty fast. So if you find yourself waiting order a coffee to go at this place, and enjoy the wait! I’m telling you it’s worth it!
