The client shall make a payment in the amount of provided by the Photographer in the initial quote to perform the specified services which must be paid in full twenty four hours (24 hours) prior to the date of the session. A 50% non-refundable deposit shall be made to reserve the session prior to the session. Payment to be made via paypal at becca@beccagerbino.com.


Cancellation + Late Arrivals

Any cancellation requests can be made up to 48 hours in advance of the shoot. However, photo sessions are performed rain or shine unless indicated otherwise in the form of written communication. Deposits made are non-refundable.

Any client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the shoot. Clients shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival by the client.

Arriving five (5) to ten (10) minutes prior to the start time is recommended to chat with the photographer and refresh expectations as well as chat about ideas for the shoot.


Photographic Rights

All photographic materials, including but not limited to previews, digital files, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer, and will only be released to the Client until the agreed upon amount is paid in full per the payment agreement. The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the Client. The Photographer has the right to decline any editing requests made by the Client, such as but not limited to background changes, added effects, and body modification. The Photographer also retains the right to the editing process, which is in its exclusive creative control. No re-editing will be done after the final edited copies are presented to the Client.

The Photographer shall retain copyright ownership of all works created in the course of this contract, including but not limited to all images in their original and processed formats. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the Photographer. Alterations include, but are not limited to, application of filters , cropping, or modifications of any kind. The Photographer does provide the client permission to resize photographs for Internet-based usage. The Photographer reserves the right to post any photos taken for clients on its website, facebook, instagram, and newsletter. we do not divulge client business or personal information, but please contact us if there are any other requests for privacy in posting photos.


Online Gallery

The Photographer shall make photographs available exclusively through an online gallery website. These photographs shall be available to the client within the agreed upon three weeks after the session date. After the online gallery is made available to the Client it will be open for eight (8) weeks. After this period the Photographer no longer guarantees that the photographs will be available. Once the JPEG files are delivered to the Client, it is the client's sole responsibility to protect and retain their images for the future. Photographer is not responsible for lost images once given to the Client.


The Photographer hereby authorizes the Client to reproduce and represent the photographs in any medium (ie., social media, web, blog), and in the entire world, for the legal duration of the copyright protection. This authorization is given for personal use only, and the client shall not use the photographs for any commercial purposes whatsoever without the Photographer prior written consent. In any case, all uses by the Client of the photographs have to include the name of the Photographer. For instance, when uploading to a Facebook or Instagram social media, the Client shall "tag" the Photographer’s name.
